"The first two bedroom we were assigned had a bunch of issues. A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. We were downgraded to a one bedroom and I lay given a refund of 36CAD for our entire 8 day stay. The...

"The owner is one of the most professional people I have ever met. Right after I made the reservation with Expedia, he reached out to me. He helped with everything. Honestly, he was involved in every detail up from when we landed to when we left. He arranged our taxis and all of our visits for very cheap.
