「Best hotel in Ankara and room was excellent condition. Room is clean and spacious. Nice design. Also spa, gym was very nice. I used machine in the midnight but nobody was there. Restaurant is bit expensive but there were not much customer. I was very happy to stay in the hotel.」

「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing mainly because of the housekeeping and service standards. We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room we were given smelled like a smoking room, which was not what we had asked for. Upon check-in, we also noticed that the coffee cups had not been cleaned from the previous guest, and one of them had clearly been used as an ashtray. That was a very unpleasant first impression.
