Guest Policy:
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. Wristbands provided by the resort must be worn by all guests when using resort amenities. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.

Check-In Method:
You will check in with the hotel receptionist. Three days prior to your arrival, you’ll receive all information how to access the property.

Additional Fees you will be charged at Check-In:
• Security deposit: $250 (will be refund after check-out and arrive to your bank within 7 days depending on your bank)
• Resort Fee: $40 + tax per night (all guests)
• Credit card and ID must match the reservation or accompanying guest
• All guests are required to sign a check-in form upon arrival.
• For stays over 30 days, please contact the resort for current rates, fees, and amenity details.
Paid directly to the resort at check-in.

Valet Parking & EV Charging:
Valet-only parking is available.
• $35 + tax per night (1–7 days)
• $30 + tax per night (8+ days)

Age Requirement:
All guests must be 21 or older to book and check in.

Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

Early Check-In:
Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible. The cost is $80 - as early as available (must be confirmed with our customer service).

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or shared areas. A $500 fee applies for violations.

Doors & Windows:
Please keep all doors and windows closed to maintain air conditioning performance and prevent humidity damage to the property and furniture.

Local Environment:
Due to the tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. The unit is professionally treated by monthly pest-control services. Keeping doors closed helps minimize exposure.
