"Fun property and great food. The check in was on a tablet so you didn’t have to talk to anyone (and it was quick) but I actually found it a bit impersonal for the amount of money you pay to stay there. The food was great though and room was cute. "
"Our stay was excellent. The staff were super helpful. The room was actually bigger than I expected. We had a private washroom. Location is great. Easy access to transportation. AC was very strong and you can easily adjust. We had mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in our room.
The only issue for some is there is no elevator. But it did not bother us. The staff helped carry the luggage up. May be an issue if you are a senior or have health issues. Our room was on the top floor.
We will stay here again in the future. . "
"Loved the central location of the property as it was close to major attractions, Broadway, and all the best shopping areas. .
The hotel was very clean and well decorated and all the staff members were lovely. I had a huge portrait of Bruce Springsteen on the glass of my bathroom door which was so cool.
Highly recommended hotel."
"This hotel has quickly become my go-to hotel for Midtown. Staff are very warm and friendly. Very modern amenities and nicely appointed, clean rooms. Easy access to the High Line for a recreational walk, a short walk to Bryant Park and Penn Station. "
