The hotel itself is so beautiful, it feels like it’s lived a thousand lives, we loved the French restaurant, the cocktails were delish, the staff was lovely and even offered to tie our ties for the Harry Styles concert when we couldn’t figure it out… 100 would stay again

I have only stayed in New York City twice, both times now at the Marlton. I can't imagine a better location for a home base, and so charming! Staff is beyond helpful, and the close proximity to Washington Park to start or end your day is so wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented three rooms for a weekend stay. The breakfast was delicious. The charm of The Marlton is the old world charm with French inspiration. The location was walkable and close to a metro. It’s the perfect place to rest while accessing the city.

Check-in and check-out were very simple, the room key has a keychain which is a nice and unique touch. The room has strong and quiet AC and cozy lighting. The shower has great water pressure and felt like mine at home. Plenty of toiletries, even had toothpaste which was clutch. Would definitely come here again. The neighborhood is lively but not too lively that there is so much noise when you’re trying to go to sleep.

The hotel was in the perfect location! Easy to walk to anything, and the staff are so lovely. The restaurant is great as well! The only con is the rooms are insanely small. For two people it is TIGHT. I’ve stayed in nyc multiple times before and this is by far the smallest hotel I’ve been in to date but the location is prime!

The location is super convenient and in a great part of town. It's a nice enough hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean I booked the largest room which is 14sqm. It had almost no natural light and was tiny. I paid approx $4750 AUD for 5 nights. This was way overpriced for what was being offered. I suspect it's because there aren't many hotels in the area. If it was half the price I think that would be good value. Maybe it's just about getting a good deal at the right time.

We've stayed at The Marlton several times over the years. We stay here mostly because there really isn't much else in this actual West Village area....here or The Walker or Washington Square. There is a nice vibe here, and nice decor....the rooms are some of the smallest, on par with 3-4 star Parisian hotels. The doorman and front desk were a little less than helpful this time around.....our recent stay at The Walker was more attentive and friendly.....albeit less posh and style.....although their piano is a nice touch.
