"when first arrived was given a room. when I entered the room, I went to turn on the a/c, and it wasn't working. The wall where the a/c was plugged in was torn away and dangling. I went to the front desk, and they told me that I didn't know how to turn it on. so, they sent the repair man to the room to show me how to turn it on. Even the repair man said that the whole wall that the a/c was plugged into was blown. It was 97 degrees out I wasn't going to stay in a room with no a/c. I had to beg them to give me another room. they made me wait 2 hours for a new room outside in 97-degree weather. the pictures they have online aren't the same that you get. I would never stay there again."

"Everything was great overall, but I was disappointed by an experience I had last night. After returning from dinner, I stopped by to grab an alcoholic beverage to enjoy in my room. The two women working were initially helping another guest, so I waited patiently nearby by the little store area. However, even after they finished assisting that guest, neither acknowledged or offered to help me, despite me standing right there. I ultimately left without purchasing anything. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of attentiveness and awareness."
