"Everything is good and clean"

"Clean place! It was more like motel vibe though, no elevators and like old carpet. My biggest complaint was there was no water anywhere for me to drink! There was a couple vending machines and they were out of water and I asked the employees for water and there was no water on the property at all for me to purchase or have. Everything seemed ok besides that. I think this place is cool for a quick stay."

"We've stayed at this hotel chain before and generally had much better experiences. The rooms themselves were nice, and the pillows were particularly comfortable, which is always a plus. However, our stay was marred by a significant disappointment regarding our room reservation. We specifically booked a suite with two queen beds and a bathtub, as this was important for an older member of our party. Instead, we were given a suite with two full beds and a shower. This was truly frustrating and makes us question the purpose of reserving specific room types if they aren't going to be honored upon arrival. The breakfast was average at best, nothing particularly memorable. We also found communication challenging as many of the employees struggled with English, creating a difficult barrier when we had questions or requests. On the positive side, the hotel's location was nice and very convenient for our needs. We hope future stays will align more closely with our reservations."
