"Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter. The air conditioning broke down 2 of the 3 nights. When I told the check-out staff it had not worked (again) on the last night they did not even apologize! Unbelievable. The white headboards of the beds are so worn out that you can picture the heads of 1000 previous customers laying on it. Complete lack of interest in the customer, especially by the check-in/out staff."

"First I stayed 2 days and had to get key cards 3 times supposedly there system kept crashing. I needed the restroom the one time I came in late and almost exploded. Second I called for room service to come clean the room and put towels. I called the front desk to make sure that I will be leaving at 9am to enjoy the day and that I will be back later in the day and front desk said no problem. I came back to the room at 11pm and found it like it was, so disappointed especially since I was expecting clean towels. Let me also say that the staff were nice and polite. They had a great breakfast and variety to choose from. I hope that they can make it right"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. But, there was no ice bucket or refrigerator or cups. The air conditioner was very loud. The clothing storage area and the carpet showed signs of age. Unfortunately the bar was being used for storage and there was no area to purchase snacks. The lobby was very small. I did like that there was free water available. And the hotel was in walking distance of many places that I visited in SoHo. Also, the beds were very comfortable."

"My room overlooked a wall which kind of accounts for my overall ‘good’ review. It was fine. A little bit of a tight squeeze with my case given bed took up most of the room. Shower was good though, bed was super comfortable and location was great in terms of walking distance to restaurants and the best of FiDi"

"We arrived early in the morning and the staff did their best to give us early check in. We got into our around noon. While we were waiting in the restaurant no one came over to see if we needed anything. The whole property seemed worn out. Chipped paint and tiles, barely clean, dirty windows even at the entrance, etc. Time for a face lift!"
