「Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. 「Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

「Stayed 5 days in March. There was no room cleaning. Suppose this could be due to the time of year. The property is good, but certainly not “wonderful “ as described by Expedia. 」

「This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. 」

「While the room was pretty clean and the staff friendly, the hotel overall is very outdated and dingy. Breakfast was very sad, carbs only, no fresh options - even hard boiled eggs were yellow and looked inedible. Luckily we stayed only one night because it felt very depressing, and I would not want to spend a whole vacation there. I’ve been to many lodges before so I know what to expect, but definitely didn’t enjoy this one. 」

「Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. The fireplace was working that evening, but we turned it off at night and woke up around 2 AM to an overwhelming gas smell again. My husband was...

「Nice place was exactly what I pictures showed. Only problems were they didn’t disclose lounge was closed for season until after booked and fire pits were not turned on. Would stay again. Walking distance from the strip(wouldn’t walk down the hill it’s on) but far enough and isolated from the busy area, weird how both things can be true. Feels like a cabin in the woods with hotel amenities. 」

「Property was not at all as advertised. Outdated, and grungy is the best description of the room. Very disappointing to use online pics to select a stay and then be nothing like what was depicted.」

「Close to the strip but the room was not clean. The bathroom floors have not seen a mop with clean water and sanitizer in sometime. I would not walk barefoot anywhere in the room. The couch and window seats were old worn and stained. Would not recommend and will never stay there again. The breakfast is convenience food. Coffee creamer is powdered. 」

「Honestly I would love to give this property a five star rating because overall the staff were mostly friendly and welcoming and did go an extra mile in upgrading our room for us last minute (so grateful for this!), the proximity to the Parkway strip and all the entertainment and restaurants was extremely convenient, and the hot breakfast was very good, But the Inn is very dated, the rooms could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly, the sofa bed mattress is basically a layer of fabric over springs,...

「The rooms are dirty with old furniture. We left and did NOT stay here. It was worth paying for a second hotel to feel secure and have a clean place to sleep. 」
