「Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though.」

「部屋の配色はとても素敵でした。ただ、部屋の鍵をかけるのが難しくて、結局一度もかけずに過ごしました。ケネディ大統領夫人の名前が付いたジャッキーと言う部屋です。でも、日除け扉もあるので全く問題はありませんでした。」

「ホテルが分かりにくい場所があるので、電話で丁寧に説明してくれました。部屋の清掃が終わっていたため、早めのチェックインにも対応してくれました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔でとても綺麗です。窓からはドゥオーモがすごい近くに見えて満足です。」

「Ottimo location,comodo,pulito,palazzo storico,staff sono gentili ed accoglienti.Signorina Ester ci ha aiutato molto. 最高のロケーション。国鉄ナポリチェントラーレから地下鉄で三駅のToledo駅から3分、スバッカナポリ、王宮、マスキオアンジョイーノ、サンタルチア、卵城、カプリ行き高速船港など殆ど徒歩で回れます。王宮まで続くVia Toledo にはお店がいっぱいで買い物にも便利。当日スィートルームが空きがあるとかでEur20でアップグレードしてくれましたがこれが大正解。客室の天井は15世紀のフレスコ画が美しく、給湯器、お茶のサービスもあります。イタリアでこの金額で泊まれるホテルでは、なかなかありません。空調もトイレのオイルヒーターも完璧、お湯は気持ちが良いくらいにたっぷり出ました。バスタブはありませんが広いシャワールームで十分でした。エレベーターは旧式の有料タイプ。最初の日のエレベーター代(10セント)...

「Nous avons adoré notre séjour , ce qui est compliqué c'est de s'y rendre impensable à pieds avec valises c'est 1000 marches. Pour descendre c'est faisable. Sinon prendre l'autobus pour Pontone. Pour la chambre c'est tres beau et très propre. Piscine avec eau chaude trrs agréable quand on revient !」

「This hotel was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and a peaceful, serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pool area was a true oasis—surrounded by lush trees and flowers, with only the soothing sound of cicadas. The walk to the hotel is quite steep, but well worth it for the experience. Plus, there’s a luggage transport service available for a fee. 」

「Check-in was smooth with English, the room has been renovated and clean (with a kitchen!) and the hotel is located within walking distance from the airport. Moreover, I enjoyed dinner on the roof terrace and was able to easily check-out early (4AM) . Everything are nice!」

「This was an amazing property in Sant Agnello. Even though it was not a conventional hotel, it included amenities such as a dining room and a bar. The ambience was sophisticated but not pretentious. The price was quite reasonable considering the property and Lodgings. 」

「Thanks for the guesthouse, I spent great time in Napoli. Manager kindly gave me useful information for sightseeing and breakfast was much nicer than expected. Regrettablly, it is difficult to find entrance on street. I recommend to post some pictures of entrance door and elevator. They must be helpful. Thanks a lot.」

「Omg the views are to die for, especially on floor 3, rooftop terrace. The room was quite big as was the bathroom. The nuns are lovely. You get breakfast included and there is a lift to every floor. Breakfast is a buffet and so much choice, as much as you want. Its a different kind of hotel maybe because its run by nuns but its so tranquil and we actually loved it. We went to the roof to have a wine and cigarette and just gaze at the view. We loved it and spent 4 nights there. Highly recommend....

"Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel like part of the family. We were able to fully experience the local atmosphere, and the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. While the hotel itself shows some signs of aging, its charm more than makes up for it. If you don’t have a car, I recommend checking the local shuttle bus schedule to make your stay more convenient. It made getting around easier for us, and we were able to enjoy our trip even more. Thanks to this hotel, we were able to create some of our best family memories. A big thank you to the owner and all the staff! We would love to visit again."

"All the staff members were very friendly and gave us warmhearted services. Breakfast at the terrace of the restaurant was also amazing, thanks to ambience. Inside room was very clean and its view from window was so stunning (R.N 205). Fully recommended. Only one thing I point out as inconvenience is to hard to get there , if you have big suitcases, you should call front desk before arriving."
