"It’s a holiday inn so you know what you’re getting. The room wasn’t so bad, nice bathrooms and not many options in that area for foreigners. My issue is they were doing construction and it wasn’t mentioned when I booked. One of the days they shut off the power while I was in the building. The first day they were repaying and messed up my brand new shoes. My wife and I had cement on our stuff. Was insanely dusty and dirty because of construction. "The room was perfect, and included a small kitchen with a washer/dryer. It’s walkable from Wangfujing Street. It was very safe as well. The staff and especially the valets guys were extremely helpful, I did use Didi a lot and they helped me quite often. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"Quick Note from My Hutong Hideaway Just left the tiny hotel tucked in Nanluoguxiang—still smiling. Free coffee, cookies, and afternoon tea on tap. The front desk felt like a mini-UN: English flowed, and they snagged me Forbidden-City tickets in two minutes. Handed over dirty laundry at breakfast; it came back clean and folded at dusk—zero charge. Mattress = cloud, pillow = marshmallow, sleep = instant. Warmest little base in Beijing—see you next time. "

"The location is perfect to experience the old part of the city. Easy to get to Tiananmen Square and Parks. Recommend hiring a bicycle to look around. The Staff were all very helpful. The room was very clean and they did our laundry free of charge. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"The manager Vivien was amazing and so supportive with English, booking tickets, getting taxis, sharing directions and helping with shopping and dining. Simply can’t thank her and the staff enough.
