"The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was well situated to metro stations and shopping and there were abundant restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My only concern is with the bathroom shower curtain; it smelled moldy and should nee see washed or replaced."

"This was an excellent place to stay for our six nights in Osaka. The location was very convenient, with easy access to Universal Studios and major transit lines. The suite was spacious and offered a wonderful view, and we especially appreciated the in-suite laundry and kitchen. Access to the neighboring onsen and the fitness room were also great perks. The on-site restaurant was somewhat underwhelming. While there aren’t many supermarkets or dining options in the immediate area, Universal City is just one stop away and offers a wide range of reasonably priced food choices."

"The biggest disappointment during our stay was being assigned to an older wing of the hotel that was not accurately represented in the booking description or photos. Based on the listing, we expected a more modern and updated experience, so arriving to an outdated section made us feel like we had been pushed into the “older” part of the property without warning. For families especially, transparency matters. If the hotel has significantly different room standards across sections, that should be clearly stated at the time of booking so guests know exactly what they are paying for."
