The space
This classic Elwood home is truly an Art Deco gem with an emphasis on art with its outstanding collection of artworks and classic designer furniture.
Located on quiet, tree lined street, with a park directly over the road. Only a short walk to the popular Ormond Road village with its interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. This handy shopping strip has everything you may need during your stay. If not across the road, almost next door, there is a fortnightly Farmers Market at the Elwood Primary School held on Saturdays during the school year.
Enter the Art Deco foyer and be enticed to explore the spacious home. On the ground floor, there's a study and office with designer desk and chair, complete with WiFi and printing facilities. The master bedroom has an en suite and a second ground floor bedroom has built-in wardrobe.
The office leads to an equipped gym space and another convenient work desk. The comfortable living room features a TV, two sofas (one is a queen sofa bed), and enchanting private garden outlook.

Guests are allowed visitors but no parties.
Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours at all times.
Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the rear garden area.
Well behaved pets are most welcome.
Please no pets on the beds, and couches.
And also, no dog peeing on the gorgeous grass as it kills it!
