「This was pleasantly nice. The rooms were large, nice furniture, and the bed was super comfy. The location could not have been better. And the staff were all welcoming and accomodating. We will stay there again!」
「I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast.
However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived.
I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead.
Does it mean we should not believe reviews?
Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing.
Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly.

「It was a great stay. The people working there were very nice . Tha place was clean as was the pool. Laundry facilities weren't available but were being updated and a little more options for breakfast would be nice . Overall I would come back and stay here again. 」
