"Always like to stop here. Very clean, kind stuff, amazing breakfast. But will never book again the budget room in the hot summer. It is impossible to sleep as it is very warm and the ventilator does not help. Would be nice to have air-conditioning. "The hotel was in a nice location close to all the site seeing attractions. Staff on arrival and through out our stayed were very friendly and kind and always spoke when you passed. The room was very clean plenty of room for 3 people. When booking hotels in the future Novertel is one i would definitely recommend. "

"Friendly staff and very helpful. Location is topnotch just a short walk from the train station. Excellent experience. I will definitely be back with same budget hotel when in Bruges. Belgium. Thank you to the young man in front desk who goes beyond to helped me out of my needs like extra towels and hair dryer. He is an excellent staff and Ibis needs more of him."
