What I most concerened before arriving the hotel was the cleaness of the room (especially the bathroom), but the room including the bathroom was very clean and I found the hotel is very well maintained. The bed was very comfy and made me sleepy although I usually have a problem to fall asleep.
The women at the reception was very nice too. Her recommendation on the restaurants, bars, and souvenirs was very helpful.

「Clean and looks newly furbished. Hotel staff good in english and easy to communicate with. The car park is a bit pricy at 20 euros per night but it s convenient and secure so we went for it anyway. We stayed during Ghent festival and there s performances around the city - this hotel is just 20 min walk from the happenings and is not disturbed by the noise. Would recommend.」
