"The hotel has the great location for transportation convenience, with the train station, bus station and metro station within a couple of minutes. The 4 star rating is for the many inconvenient many steps to get into the hotel and there is no porter to help. It was hard for people with large luggage."

"The room was very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast spread was good, but the person at the live counter was very rude. He was the only person making the live orders, so I’m sure he was overwhelmed."

"Actually the most convenient location if you’re doing a layover. It’s basically connected to the airport. Rooms are fairly big. The gym looked pretty clean. There’s not much of a staff. It’s a lot of self check-in, but it was fine. I didn’t really want to talk to anyone late at night anyways while checking in."

"The staff was great, especially Faye, who helped us with bus and train schedule. The staff also accommodated us by checking us in early as we arrived at the Clarion long before our check in time. We were very appreciative of that. I would definitely stay there again And recommend it to anyone needing somewhere nice to stay. Breakfast was ok.my only issue is the cleaning staff did not clean our rooms on the second day. Overall everything else was great. Thanks Clarion the day and afternoon front desk staff, great customer service."
