"It was really cold. The thermostat didn't work so the room was a constant 60 degrees all night. Rooms were dirty and the furniture was dilapidated. "

"Stayed 2 nights at the end of February 2026. From check in to when we pulled away it was a great experience. Will always check for a Drury Inn going forward. Great room. Comfortable bed. Really good breakfast and a free dinner every night. Add a nice heated pool and hot tub and it’s a great place to stay and reasonably priced. Our only complaint was no lock on the bathroom door. The pool was also so overwhelmingly busy a few times but that’s no fault of the hotel. Highly recommend you stay here if you have to stay in Springfield. "
