「Had a lovely stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We booked this accommodation due to its close proximity to the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and would 100% come back here again if we go to another concert there 😀」

「Hotel rooms were, perhaps, typical of an older hotel, decorations a bit tired - as were carpets - but adequate. Our first room had a large stain on the bathroom ceiling which the staff identified and arranged our move to a bigger and better room. This really impressed us because it didn't require any complaining from us. Quite how it should be. All in all the staff were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We would certainly visit again.」

「We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and neat. We were very pleased with the hotel on the whole. The only regrettable thing I felt is that the charge for the car park was a little bit expensive and yet cramp.」

「We had a lovely stay, was upgraded to sea view due to there been a room available. It was a lovely spacious room, the Christmas decorations are beautiful this time of year. Nice bar area. Only thing i missed this year was the Christmas Coctails, they didnt seem to do any. I feel they were nice treat before. But otherwise we really enjoyed it all. Including the pool gym and sauna area. 「Cheap, quiet and clean with helpful staff. Building was once a beautiful gothic victorian spa and has a lots of original features. Sadly the the building and decor have seen better days, but what can be expected at such a lot cost?」

「All in all very good.surprisingly quiet.Very spacious.Great location.Caters for vegetarian and dairy free diet.Towels could do with replacing,not very soft....other than that highly recommendable at a decent price,too!」
