The room was shabby and not very clean, old coffee/tea residue in mugs etc and music was being played untill 3am. Personally i will never stay there again or use Expedia. I've had so much better experiences with your competitors so i will choose them again in the future and give them my business."

To my horror, the day I returned, someone was in the room sleeping I had booked the room one week in advance and they were clueless as to what happened.
