「This property is newly funished, but needs a little more attention. Its missing a few items, that you would expect in a hotel room. Such as a TV for this room. The kitchenette is fine to wash up plates after a takeaway, but could do with a tea towel. Coffee and tea making facilities are great. The bathroom needs a mirror, bath mat and some shower gel for guests staying for a short amount of time. The floor is actually tiled so you may want to bring other indoor shoes. 「The stay was quite disappointing overall. The kitchen annex was very poorly equipped — only a kettle, fridge, few plates, one spoon, and one knife were provided. The photos suggested a much better-equipped space, but in reality it was almost empty. There were also no bins or any information on where to dispose of rubbish. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable.」

「Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

「Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.」

「The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.」

「It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!」
