Fantastically clean rooms and the beer was brilliant in the bar below Jackie and her husband were fantastic hosts and we're definitely stay again highly recommend this stay in point fantastic thanks everybody

Wonderful gem! We had a whirlwind stay for just 2 nights between docking at Southampton and leaving for Heathrow, but we crammed in a trip to Brighton to see family. The location of the inn was perfect: we could've gone into central Southampton easily enough, and having the train station a few minutes walk away was perfect for getting around. I only wish we'd had more energy and time to hang around the pub some more!

Swan Inn

Lovely little hotel in Woolston, Southampton just an 8 minute drive to Ocean dock for P&O. The room was spotless, the bed soft and comfortable and the check in couldn't have been simpler. Highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

Simple, done well, by lovely people!

Simple accommodation, done brilliantly, and run by a super-helpful manager. A very warm welcome on arrival, a clean and comfortable room, and a good night's sleep.

Room was basically clean bedding very fresh. Bathroom mouldy and missed soap deposits in bottom of shower. Shower rail broken and unable to take out of holder. Shower intermittently cold and scalding hot. Unable to shower properly and unable to shower the toddler after a hot and dusty day out. Parking so limited upon returning after our festival at 10.45 pm unable to park with a very tired toddler in tow. Tried to find a member of staff which took me a further 15 mins. On a positive note we were welcomed for an early check in which we appreciated immensely.

Convenient and well priced option for cruise passengers. Comfortable and quiet rooms. No lift but not many stairs. Excellent Indian restaurant in walking distance.

Check in was quick and easy, the only problem for me was hauling my bags up the outer staircase. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the en suite shower room was also clean. Jacqui was very pleasant and helpful, and I would happily stay here again.

Close to cruise port but we did have to stand in the rain because we didn’t have access to our room until the owner came to open for us. Very nice staff and rooms were super clean. Prices were reasonable compared to big named hotels. We always like to stay at smaller inns to get the feel of the neighborhood. Great neighborhood pub. People all super friendly and the locals went out of their way to welcome us and visit!
