「Good variety of drinks」

「We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink...

「Lovely location, parking at the hotel is limited. We stayed for four nights, Breakfast was a disappointment, on three occasions the eggs were over cooked, fresh fruit was a slice of Mellon, no bread/ roles. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was located a the rear of the hotel looking over a covered area for pub and hotel guests use. with the windows open the noise from this area was disturbing. But overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟」

「The restaurant facing the sea is very nice and the breakfast is very good. The view from the cliff is breathtaking. Enjoy a relaxing time in a room with a traditional and calm atmosphere.」

「Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!」

「The room was adequate for what i wanted and needed. Clean, tidy, hosts are lovely, didnt eat there so cant comment on the food, nor do I drink, so cant comment on the ale either, but the overall welcome and the room was lovely.」

Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this. My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside. Beds in both rooms my family used could use an update- pretty uncomfortable and...

「I like the character and location of the property and the staff are doing the best that they can. The property is dated and in need of investment. The bedroom could have been a bit cleaner (hoovering the carpet which did not seem to happen during my stay) and the bedding did not fit the mattress. The staff were kind and helpful though some better manners from certain bar staff would have gone a long way. The food was great.」

「Beautifully situated next to the beach in Falmouth, although it is a shame that a large building obscures much of the sea view. Upon arrival the receptionist was rather brusque, not to say rude, and just barked “surnames” in our direction, which wasn’t very welcoming.
