"Check in and reception brilliant, very helpful. Superior room booked and was huge and well fitted out. There is a pool, jacuzzi, sauna facilities with free towels . Parking was easy. The restaurant & bar was well managed by Will who couldn’t do enough for you. The main town is a 20 mon walk if your fit but there are some serious up/downhill routes which would require a taxi or vehicle for those with any issues."

"Booked to stay here as I was I the area for some important work meetings. Checked in had dinner decided on an early night at 9:30pm I was awoken by knocking on the door I opened the door to be greeted by the receptionist who told me they had given me the wrong room so I needed to get up pack up and go to the new room. I was woken up I was made to pack up my things I was kicked out of the room The reason for this the hotel gave me the wrong room and the person who had this room booked was really angry. So rather than one and get customer you now have two I stay in hotels at least once a week every week for the last 4 years for work and this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel to date Beautiful hotel Wonderful surroundings Fantastic bar / restaurant/ facilities The worst customer service possible At checkout I was asked how my stay was when I told the two people at the desk they said “sorry yeah I can see how that could put a dampener on the stay” and then just stood there in silence until I eventually walked away."

"Whilst the Expedia price on this hotel was lower than the hotels website, the general condition of the room and bar was tired and dated. The shower did not work correctly, room light kept flickering on and off when switched on. It was convenient for a party i was attending but i would not return. "
