"The overall stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to the train and the Brixton market and restaurants."
"I found the hotel good because it’s practical easy to reach the center 2-3 buses can drop you in the London center within 5-7 minutes 3-4 stops.
So it’s ok to pass night or two there

"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls.
They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found).
The shower was broken and there was no hot water.
They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...

10/10 Excellent
"Had a nice stay with a gorgeous view of the Thames River, Parliament and Big Ben. Room was spacious and clean. An excellent touch of a chilled bottle of Prosecco and fruit upon arrival. Nespresso and tea fully stocked and very comfortable beds. A little further away from the hustle and bustle, which can be seen as a positive or negative. Nice and clean area. About a 20-25 minute walk along the River to Westminster bridge. "
"We had a junior suite for a midweek break with our 8 year old granddaughter.
The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable, just what we needed to have a relaxing time after sightseeing and shopping during our days there.
Room service evening meals were excellent in content and value and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
We will definitely book again."
