「Just ok. Outdated. Uncomfortable beds. Tiny tv. Kinda dingy. Served a purpose for a couple of nights. 」

「Front desk staff were excellent - probably the most attentive and accommodating I’ve ever experienced in all my years of travel. I believe the gentleman’s name was Jeramie.」

「My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. 」

「Dead ants on the floor, otherwise clean. Place a bit run down, but free limo to Foxwoods until 3am. Parking convenient & free. Rooms are large with refrigerator & microwave. Breakfast: waffles, cereal, breads.」

「When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

「Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend for a simple, no frill night or two. :)」

「Cute Americana type property that I always search for in my travels. Indoor pool addition just knocks it out of the park. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer to see more Mystic sites.」

「Overall the Inn is very nice. Only additional comment of note is that the bath and sleeping space were nice; but the sleeping space was small, perhaps because it was in the 1st floor location.」

「I will say that once upon a time this would have been a lovely property. It is just ok now. Our bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty handprint on the wall of the bathroom that was fairly gross. You get hit by a $50 resort fee, which I dont understand. They offer you two free rum punches and I suppose that makes it a resort. Westerly Beach is beautiful and the setting is great. I can't say any other of the hotels looked much better but this place couod use some TLC.」
