Really nice place for relaxing. Highly recommend for your vacation with Family.

The Facilities and the rooms are very nice. Dont let the star rating scare you off. The only reason they are below 5 stars is due to the location of the hotel. It is located at a very suburban area not much going on around the property (including restaurant) and you really need a car to get around the area. There is a local railway near by though.

Very clean, very helpful the staff Bed was very comfortable

Wonderful experience with the hotel, will stay there again if visit Utsunomiya

These hotels are a great option. The room is nice and has everything you need. Clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating even though we arrived slightly late. Especially for the price, this is a great option.

Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The facility was very clean and the Furo on the 1st floor was amazing.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the train station and many shopping areas. A supermarket is in the building and several coffee shops are an easy walk away.

Great hotel, friendly staff and comfortable room.

Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient; very clean; very attentive staff.

Clean room, good amenities, kind staffs...everythings well done. Not many choice of American breakfast.

This is a very relaxing property. The staff is very helpful and facilities are clean and modern. This is my go to place to relax from the hustle in Tokyo.
