"So so good. Went for the Deluxe harbour view. On level 11 due to taking our dog along. Not bad view but higher up would have been better. 33 levels in total. Room large and comfy. Bed so cushy. Foxtel on tv. Cute window seat. 24 hour room service is valuable. Robes and slippers provided, also love the midday check out. Dog bed, treats and water included for $150. Our dog and my boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay "

"Gorgeous hotel although the harbour view pool should be open later. It’s 6-6pm. The light switches are annoying as they have a blue light and my son struggled to stay asleep. So I had to turn everything off at PowerPoints and put pillows in front of them as it was lighting up the room. Breakfast was nice but could have more variety of hot food. "Very welcoming front desk. Room Comfortable and Clean. Spacious room! Breakfast was well catered for - although busy - items refilled quickly and tables cleaned and cleared promptly. Only thing that was wrong - bottom sheet on bed was not big enough to fit bed - so at least 30cms of bed did not have sheet on. Possibly housekeeping placed wrong sheet on bed! . A small inconvenience but worth mentioning for housekeeping to make sure it doesn't happen again!"

"I loved this hotel over and above the Shangri La we stayed in for one night to get the view. Overall this hotel had a great vibe and extras which were thoughtful and fun, loved the free mini bar and array of welcome snacks plus the sweet cart in the lobby was great. As a silver member I got a lovely hunter valley bottle of wine which was great, and a complimentary upgrade which was lovely too! Great pool but sadly jacuzzi was out of order. Loved the decor and size of rooms was really welcome...
