The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast area was well attended and restocked when items ran out. Only one criticism. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not believe us when we told him we had already paid. There was some confusion on our part. The manager has assured us that a refund is on its way."

Best hotel if you're there for fun and wLk atround the area and use public transportation. "

"The location and the staff is what gives this hotel 4 stars, otherwise it would have been easily a three. The location is central and short walking minutes from all activities in the Fatih area. The staff were amazing, Alp, Farouk, Emre, Zeynap and the cleaning lady, all amazing and helped make our stay pleasant. Would I come back? I don’t think so. The facility needs a serious facelift to attract tourist and not worth the $240 a night! "
