The vibe in the ground level waiting room is nice. Arrived at an early morning flight and at reception, Oğuz was really helpful, courteous and chill. Apple tea was nice at arrival and the location was walking distance to trams and key landmarks. Accommodation was comfortable. Would recommend this place for your stay!

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooftop breakfast and lounge is fantastic and open for use all day. In early June the jasmin blooms up there and is amazing. Rooms are clean, well stocked, have a safe albeit smallish which was fine for us! I stayed here twice. Airport pick up was 100% reliable. Great value.

We were welcomed by charming Chai and Turkish delight. The stuff was really helpful to providing information about nearby the public transportation. The neighborhood was safe and reachable to ding and shoppings. Room was comfortable and the Turkish bath was excellent.

Absolutely loved the Niles!! We stayed here twice during our trip (the first two nights and the last two). I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved the incredible staff! Hotel is beautifully decorated, location is the most perfect! So close and walking distance to main attractions. We took tram to Galata tower which was right next to hotel! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, not many options but the options were delicious. Rooms can be slightly noisy from outside noise, felt like our windows were open but they were closed. Overall great hotel for the location!

Niles is good hotel and the price is great. The standard rooms are a little small for two people. It’s in an excellent location. 4 min walk from the grand bazaar and 20 min walk from other great touristy attractions. The breakfast was great and had gluten free options. I would stay here again
