the concept of this hotel is nice. location is practical. Staff is nice and cooperative. They need to make the parking space available. Bed mattress is practically expired. The washing machine needs quick fix (replace the expired and damaged ones). this hotel can reach score of 9/10 with few quick fixes.

The stay was very fine. Thanks! What I did not liked: The "lock" of the door was once broken probably and was being repaired but kind of in a provisionally way because there was a space between door and lock. This felt a little bit unsafe.

The room was full of smoke and you guys couldn’t change the room because other rooms were also full, Couldn’t sleep the night in room because it was too cold. The service was bad anyway.

1) Room practically had no wifi. You had to stand close to hallway for any signal. They could not address it even after multiple complaints. 2) Laundry room had 1 working washing machine, no dryer 3) Street parking only 4) Might be a Brand/Design thing but I don’t understand 20 step climb to reservation desk. There should be easy roll in from street level. Otherwise good price for descent comfort

No maintenance, no clean

The hotel is clearly intended to be a modern day business chic hotel. The design of the premises is good. Sadly that's where it ends. Rooms are not properly maintained, not very clean, towels were stained and torn. There was literally a hole on the wall the size of my fist with the insides showing. There was no place to hang hand towels. No tissues inside the room. It doesn't even have an internal phone line, you have to call the reception on an outside line. The door did not have a physical lock, only an electronic button not sure if it really locks or not.

Bize ilk verilen odaya gittik oda gerçekten çok kötü kokuyordu. Yani hem duman hem idrar hem alkol karmaşık bir koku vardı odada ve tüm mobilyalar çok deformasyona uğramıştı Resepsiyona gidip problemlerin hepsini belirttik Farklı bir odaya gönderdiler Bu odada da hijyenik açıdan olumsuz detaylar vardı. Nevresimler sararmış yatagin içinde saç ve kıl vardı ve lekeliiydi. Saat geç olduğu için bir an önce uyuyup uyanmak istedik Uyandığımız gibi otelden ayrıldık farklı bir otele geçtik İkinci gün konaklamamızı orada yapmadık Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlara da satış esnasında sunduğunuz kaliteyi keşke buraya ulaştığımızda da deneyimle bilseydik gerçekten hayal kırıklığı olduğunu belirttik Tabii ki de onlar herhangi bir şey yapamadı Ancak ikinci gün geçtiğimiz otel bizi biraz daha memnun etti

Otele girdiğim gece bana verilen odada havlu yoktu ve temizlik yetersizdi. Gece çok rüzgar vardı ve tavan penceresinden soğuk hava geliyordu. Klimayı açtım çalışmadı. Petekler zaten keza bozuktu sabaha kadar üşüdüm. Sabaha dışarı çıkarken sorunların yazılı olduğu bir kâğıt verdim. Akşam döndüğümde saat 22 ye kadar hiç bir şey yapmadıklarını söylediler kâğıdı kaybetmişler. Odayı değiştirdiler ve daha düşük standartta odaya aldılar. Aynı problemleri yine yaşadım klima petekler vs. Yine değiştirdiler bu sefer lavabonun bataryası suyu açarken havaya kalktı ve aynı ısınma sorunları. Sabah müdür ile görüştüm beni bir üst klasman odaya aldı sağolsun kalan günlerimde rahat ettim fakat manzarası için gitmiş olduğum tatilim tam bir fiyasko oldu çünkü iyi olan oda lobby katındaydı… koltuklarda sigara yanıkları yastığın biri ince diğeri kalın gerçekten çok kötü. Manzarası için gitmeyi düşünmeyin bile. Tekrardan konaklamayı düşünmediğim ve asla önermeyeceğim bir otel. 2 yıldız vermemin tek sebebi ise müdür beyin yapıcı tavrı ve yardımcı olmaya çalışması oldu.
