The stay was very fine. Thanks! What I did not liked: The "lock" of the door was once broken probably and was being repaired but kind of in a provisionally way because there was a space between door and lock. This felt a little bit unsafe.

1) Room practically had no wifi. You had to stand close to hallway for any signal. They could not address it even after multiple complaints. 2) Laundry room had 1 working washing machine, no dryer 3) Street parking only 4) Might be a Brand/Design thing but I don’t understand 20 step climb to reservation desk. There should be easy roll in from street level. Otherwise good price for descent comfort

The room was full of smoke and you guys couldn’t change the room because other rooms were also full, Couldn’t sleep the night in room because it was too cold. The service was bad anyway.

the concept of this hotel is nice. location is practical. Staff is nice and cooperative. They need to make the parking space available. Bed mattress is practically expired. The washing machine needs quick fix (replace the expired and damaged ones). this hotel can reach score of 9/10 with few quick fixes.

No maintenance, no clean

The hotel is clearly intended to be a modern day business chic hotel. The design of the premises is good. Sadly that's where it ends. Rooms are not properly maintained, not very clean, towels were stained and torn. There was literally a hole on the wall the size of my fist with the insides showing. There was no place to hang hand towels. No tissues inside the room. It doesn't even have an internal phone line, you have to call the reception on an outside line. The door did not have a physical lock, only an electronic button not sure if it really locks or not.

I had put a good review before but wish i could take it off now, the reception staff are the worst very rude. Never using this hotel again, kettle never worked. When you call reception for anything be prepared to call back 190 times. No cleaners to clean your room and no fresh towels. I wouldnt recommend this place not worth it try and avoid

Bedbugs

The hotel where bed bugs were crawling on us while we were sleeping and we woke up scratching ourselves and escaped at 4 in the morning. We arrived to check in around 10pm. The hotel does not have a car park and there is no place to park in the surrounding area. The suite room with jacuzzi that we reserved was freezing cold, the heating had not been turned on until this hour, the air conditioning systems were not working, we tried to turn on the heater and heat the room, which was impossible. However, we ignored everything until we woke up with bedbugs...

Genel olarak iyi ve güvenilir otel

Otel gibi değil de ev konsepti olması ve manzarası çok hoşuma gitti, dizaynı çok iyiydi. Mini dolap yerine tam bir buzdolabı olması, klimanın çok iyi soğutması, yemek masası olması artı puan. Ancak bazı detaylar puan düşürüyor. Şampuan olarak konulan sabun çok kalitesizdi. Havlular temiz görünüyordu anca tuhaf bir koku vardı. Kanepede biraz koku vardı. Ve mutfakta sünger ve sabun yoktu. Öneri olarak belirtiyorum; tvler netflix gibi uygulamalar içerse, odada ütü bulunsa dört dörtlük otel olur. Eksiklere ve havlu, kanepe kokusuna rağmen genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Her şey çok kirli, yatak temizlenmemiş, başkasınının yattığı yatağın çarşafını bile değiştirme gereği duymamışlar. Yatağın içinde saçlar vardı. Bulaşıklar kirliydi. Kettle içi pisti. Banyo da duş jeli şampuan yoktu. Servis inanılmaz yavaş. Çarşaf değiştirme talebinde bulunduk 30-40 dakika da anca geldi. Cityloft kalitesine yakışmayan bir yer. Diğer Cityloft şubelerinde böyle sorunlar yaşamadık.
