A simple smile would have made a big difference. That said, the lady, Hengame, and the SPA staff were easily approachable and provided excellent service."

"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful room and bathroom. Fabulous views. Great staff. The rooftop bar is incredible but expensive. I wasn’t able to use my Expedia gold members 20% discount that was advertised to me as it was a different company. The breakfast is amazing but unfortunately I didn’t book it when I booked the room. It was a lot more expensive to book breakfast there so we only did for one morning. Again I wasn’t allowed my 20% discount for that either."
