Basic and functional. The hallway was noisy at night and the bottom sheet came loose from the mattress, but no serious complaints. Good value for the money and the location was perfect since I was flying out of BUF the next day.

Absolutely lovely little cottage! We so enjoyed staying in a place that felt so homey and comfortable. E everyone enjoyed the welcome basket of snacks, too. We will definitely be back.
