COCO BUNGALOW - All new w/ heated pool, bikes, beach equipment & more

"My wife and I came down for a quick beach getaway. The Coco Bungalow met all of our needs. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the heated pool and lanai were fantastic, the beds were very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood (there was some construction noice during the day for some of the rebuilds after the last big hurricane). Stump Pass state park is a 1/3 mile walk and beautiful spot to spend a day at the beach. The hosts have all of the extras such as bikes, beach blankets, toys for kids, beach cart to haul everything in, a cooler if you want to bring beverages. Trevor was quick to respond to messages and welcomed us into this beautiful rental. We would recommend this for a couple or small family with a couple of kids. Plus we lucked out with some amazing weather!"

"Well kept, clean and quite roomy unit. Conveniently located close to dining and beaches but wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. We loved having our dog Roy with us. Definitely a plus! Scot and Paula were amazing and made the stay easy and pleasant!"

"We loved staying here. The beach was perfect. Loved being across the street from Magnolia, a wonderful restaurant. My only complaint would be about the layout of interior. I would be nice to be able to sit on a couch or something comfortable and see out the large window to the beach. The table and chairs that are near the window are not conducive to lounging."

"The location was tremendous for everything from the beach to the pool to the restaruants. We could not ask for more. The facility was clean but we did experience a cockroach in the kitchen one morning. Otherwise, everything was wonderful."

"Without a doubt, the best place—very spacious and in an excellent location. You have the beach right out front, and Gasparilla Beach—which is very beautiful—is just 25 minutes away. Communication with the owner was excellent, the sunsets were fantastic, and the terrace overlooking the bay—with the breeze blowing—was a delight. We will definitely be back!"
