「Tolles Haus, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick nach Palma. Wer ganz viel Ruhe braucht und mag, ist hier genau richtig, man hört nur mal die Ziegen von weiten. 30min braucht man nach Palma City, bergauf sind es ca 15min, teilweise Single-Track bis zum Haus. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, reichlich Handtücher für Bad und für den Pool.Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber trotzdem war die Temperatur angenehm. 「This property is amazing, 3 huge rooms, each with a large en-suite and aircon, plus 2 further bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is very big with a large American fridge freezer, coffee machines etc and all the appliances you will need. But the best part is the outdoor pool & BBQ area. The pool is fantastic, fresh water and very big. No neighbours around, so peaceful and tranquil away from crowds and noisy towns. The BBQ area is a great place to cook in the evening and watch the sun go down...

「We checked in at the airport on a busy Saturday afternoon. There was hardly any wait and the staff were pleasant and helpful. When we arrived at the villa (which wasn't far from the main road and easy to find) we were met by the owner and his wife. They showed us around the villa and left soon after. 「The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.」

「Eine sehr schöne rustikale Finca mit tollem Pool direkt an der Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die Neueste, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, weil es zum Flair des Hauses passt.Wir haben täglich Billard und Kicker auf der Terrasse gespielt. In Llucmajor gibt es alles was man braucht und tolle Restaurants.」

「The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..」

「Wir haben uns trotz kühlem und wechselhaftem Wetter (Anfang April, wir waren die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr) in dem schönen, rustikalen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - nicht zuletzt wegen der gut beheizbaren Holzöfen und der Radiatoren im ersten Stock (inclusive). Eine schöne Überraschung war der großzügige, sonnige Garten nach vorne, er ist auf den Bildern gar nicht abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und die Hühner zu füttern...

「Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Pool is very big for the size of rental property and spotlessly clean. Property was clean and modern and well equipped. Host was welcoming and there were lovely supplies on arrival - wine, cheese, fruit and water. Lots of tea, milk,.coffee filters provided too. Soap, dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid and toilet paper - unlike most rentals! The area is nice and quiet but close to Campos and Santanyi for supermarkets, restaurants and the coast....

「The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.」
