「It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio」

「アパルタメントなので、ホテルではありません。 前日にメールで「受付がないので、何人で何時にくるか」の問い合わせと待ち合わせ場所の連絡があり、当日の朝に、そのメールを見て返信したのですが、電車が遅れて遅延したので、途中Wifiに繋げることができ、到着時間の変更連絡ができて問題なかったのですが、通信手段がなかったら、ちょっと焦りました。 閑散期なので、Bellagio自体に観光客が少なく、アップグレードしてくれました。一人だったのですが２つのBed Room、ダイニング、台所ととっても広く、どこをどう使うか悩むぐらいでした。部屋もシンプルで広くてとってもステキでした！家族4人ぐらいでも問題ないと思います。」

「Proper en ruim appartement met airconditioning, keuken, mooie badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was aanwezig van basisbehoeften (zeep, koffie, vaatwasser en tabletten, zout, olie en azijn) Tuin met tuinstoelen, om in alle rust te genieten van de tuin. Het appartement ligt op 10’ stappen van het centrum, het strand en ook winkels om boodschappen te doen zijn op 5’ afstand in de buurt. Dus zeker een aanrader vr wie graag een korte vakantie zoekt in Bellagio.」

「We loved the location in the heart of Bellagio and the pool area was the highlight. Check in was reasonably friendly but we had communication issues about the restricted garage height despite letting them know ahead of time we had a roof box. The flat was not in the main building and was a 5th floor walk up. One person in our party struggled with the stairs. It would have been nice to mention this at booking. The flat itself was nice but we found the shower pressure was low and water took a long...

「Taxis do not like location. We took the bus and then Called Stefano and he was great. Need more towels, bath as kitchen and drying rack. Bed hard as a rock. View great. Do not ask host for ride as it was 10 times higher than ecxpected. Rooms designed by a man.」
