I stayed for three nights. While the room was clean, I was very disappointed with the service.
・At check-in, I was given a king-size bed despite booking a twin room. I confirmed my reservation multiple times—it was definitely for two single beds. However, I was told otherwise at the front desk.
・Wi-Fi was unusable for the first two days. Although I was given a password at check-in, I couldn’t connect. When I asked, I was told the Wi-Fi had been down since the previous morning and that it was managed by another company. I understand it’s outsourced, but the staff’s response—implying it wasn’t their problem—was frustrating.
・Housekeeping was concerning. On day one, cleaning soap was left on the desk. On day two, the trash bin with an open lid was left on the desk, which was quite unpleasant.
・I ordered food at the bar next to reception and was told I could eat it in my room. The next day, the dishes were still there, so I brought them to the front desk. I was told, “I don’t know what to do with this.” I understand there’s no room service, but I found this response very unhelpful. Was I supposed to leave the dishes in the room?
・The elevator requires a room key to operate, which is good for security, but my key rarely worked. It sometimes took over 10 tries, and I often missed the elevator. It was very stressful.
I had looked forward to this stay, but overall, it became a frustrating experience.
