Very practical accommodation with a well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave). Central but quiet (as requested). Very welcoming and helpful staff, small problems (TV set) rapidly solved. Weak WiFi is the only downside. Highly recommended!

No hesitation in going back

Very convenient for major attractions and very close to numerous bus routes. In spite of being on a major road it was very quiet. The apartment was very spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was nicely decorated.

A good sized Apartment neat the Cathedral

It was lovely to have an aprtment to stay in for a couple if nights. It was conveniently located for cafes and restaurants and to visit the cathedral. My only complaint was that we did not have a view so could not see the weather until we were out in it

This apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk's hours are very limited, but the check-in and check-out are very easy. It is the walking distance to the most attractions. We called Uber to Alhambra and then used bus back to apartment.

A great location and spaciois suite. Comfy bed and pillows. Fabulous shower. The only bad thing was the overpowering smell of floor/furniture polish. It gave me a terrible headache. Also there's no soundproofing as stated. Reception staff were very friendly.

This hotel was a life saver! Myself and my friend originally booked a hotel in a different place and had to change hotels at the last minute. The Suites Gran Via 44 had an open room so we took it, and we were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were very well cleaned. The room was nicely sized with a small kitchen, dinning table, medium size bedroom, and medium sized bathroom. The room overall was very nice and clean.Will defiantly be staying here again!!❤️

Not worth your money

Very dated and dark apartment. You can hear outside. As soon as you entered, the apartment smelled awful, not sure if it is because the apartment was on the first floor. The bed was also uncomfortable. They leave used dishwasher sponges. The only good thing was the lady who checked us in who was very friendly.

The Suites Gran Via is well situated to walk to many of the major sites in Granada: the Cathedral and Royal Chapel, the Albaicin area, and the Alhambra. Our room was clean and we really liked how dark it was at night when we closed the shutters. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. However there were a series of small issues that diminished our experience: the cooktop shut off if we tried to use both burners at once so we could only use one at a time. The fan over the cook top didn’t work. There was a pod-type coffee machine but we were only provided 2 pods for a 4-night stay for 2 people. We were to receive a bottle of wine with our stay but had to ask twice before we received it. Our toilet paper was never replaced (used the last bit just before we checked out). There was no hand soap in the bathroom so we had to step into the shower to get soap from the dispenser when we wanted to wash our hands. And when we arrived the room had a very strong air freshener scent that did not dissipate till the next day. Nothing major but just small things that were annoying. But the location was so good that it made up for these things - almost. Supermercado and the Mercado San Augustin are close by, as well as a great little bodega with generous tapas directly across the street.
