This is a fabulous hotel. It’s very short distance from the Alhambra and a good location to take taxis elsewhere. The staff was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and well appointed everything was first rate don’t miss it. The Bar and Restaurant have gorgeous views of the Alhambra and the food was excellent.

The bathroom need maintenance as the shower is difficult to manipulate. Also there should be more accessories to make the room.confotable such as paper tissues and ear cottons and adapters for charging , things we should not have to ask for. Otherwise the staff is very kind and the location ia perfect. Also it's a very nice hitel wnd lobby with stunning view.

Hotel is beautiful but under renovation. Staff - seems like they don’t have enough staff on site. Some response is slow and not extremely welcoming. Beautiful view , good breakfast buffet. Dinner at la terrazza - great views at the sunset. Food - nothing special.

Fantastic hotel with a show stopping balcony with amazing views across Granada. Staff very helpful and breakfast was amazing with wide variety of options. Room itself was a little tired (lot less wow factor than the communal areas) and no pool but main lobby and seating areas very nice. Great air conditioning which was needed!

This is a very pleasant hotel for people looking for a little bit of luxury and a spectacular view of Granada. It is not hard to fall in love with Granada, and it is a privilege to sit on the terrace and look at the beautiful city while an attentive staff pleasantly helps you through meals and drinks. I was consistently surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I’m from New York City and can’t imagine any staff person treating me as well as the people here do. Two factors to consider if you want to stay here. First is that it is not in the city center and you will either have to take a taxi or make a reasonably long walk up or down a fairly steep hill. Second, is for the athletes among us. The exercise room is inadequate, which was disappointment. With that small exception, I recommend the hotel enthusiastically.
