"It seems that the owners/management of this hotel, have taken the profits and given nothing back for maintenance whatsoever. The condition of the building would be generous to say quite dilapidated even the door frames had holes and damage from where the white ants have eaten, holes in the bed linen etc The only saving grace for this hotel is its friendly staff especially Lita, who couldn’t do enough to help us."

"Absolutely stunning little slice of paradise in the middle of the city. All amenities were provided to cook a meal but food and grocery is only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute scooter away. "

"Beautiful staff No hot water the entire 6 day stay Stove broken so my breakfast I paid for only once Holes in my room near my bed Aircon faulty Charged me $150 AUS for tattoo stain on sheet and pillowcase absolutely my fault but sheets were already stained so absolutely excessive. The staff truly beautiful the manager not so much "

"Amazing one week stay in December 2025. All staff were welcoming and so willing to help with any request. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and the amenities were clean and well maintained. Was happily surprised to find Australian power outlets. There is a super market just across the road and lots of restaurants close by if wanting to venture out and about. "
