A nice little hotel to stay for a few nights, staff were lovely, bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but I’ve seen much worse. Beds are a bit hard, but generally was a good area to stay and the hotel was great for my short stay.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The pool area was lovely, the air conditioning worked well, and while the room could have been a bit cleaner, with some mould present in the bathroom, everything was generally acceptable.

We were there during the flooding. Yes we got moved upstairs but there was no offer to refund us the difference. The average room price is nzd $87 and they had it on sale for nzd $27. The place is rather run down: you get what you pay for though. Lovely coffee close by on a better note.

Bed was hard, staff couldn’t speak English and NO fridge to keep anything cold which made things hard as the hotel was so far out with nothing much around it and it was next to a school - I should have done a google search to see where it was - this was my mistake but overall the place wasn’t the best and I left after 2 days

Nothing boutique about it, appealing service, man on the desk was beyond rude and dismissive. Wasn’t even shown to room just told it was 103 as if we knew where to go. Useless. Everything was dirty from the reception to the pool! The front desk looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or looked after for decades and the room smelt horrifically damp and dirty. Don’t bother staying here we left after 10 minutes.

This is a solid 1 star hotel , the towels in the room have holes and well as the sheets, the ac works well , the staff are matter of fact attitude, we asked for extra pillows and they said there was a charge for that , what 3 star hotel charges for a extra pillow , breakfast was terrible you ordered from sheets , the French toast was so chewy that I could not even eat it , the juice was a powdered drink , The second day I had the poched eggs They were rubber , the pool area had no real sitting . Find somewhere else unless you are backpacking and need a cheap hotel , but no 3 star .

The hotel and staff were good, clean, good services but the walls are paper thin and at least while I was there the school next door spent 4-5 hours a day practicing balinese traditional drubing and cymols with all the gusto required to chase satin himself from earth. There were dogs barking and at 2am the neighboring apartment were still partying. I was booked in for 3 nights left after 1. If you stay there and rent a bike, make sure you're very confident 1. on a bike, 2 navigating. don't forget to set google maps to scooter mode.

Generally good

It was generally good. The price was very good. It was a little bit out of the way of everything else. There are no pavements on the nearby roads which makes walking into Seminyak a bit treacherous. Taxis are the alternative, and they're fairly cheap. The staff were helpful.

Comfortable & nice area.

The rooms are simple and nice. The bed is comfortable. I loved the local area especially. It's super close to all the spots. And there's a supermarket and a gym close by. Also restaurants are around. I'd def stay there again.

Wonderful pool...

I really liked the pool... The staff is doing an amazing job. It's clean and has a nice design. The area is ideal as well. It's calm, but still close to all the spots. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
