Worst correspondence with trouble.
I've stayed this hotel 5 days. During my stay, cleaning staff might throw away my stuff. I claimed to handle this trouble to the hotel staff 3 times (twice by phone, 1 time at the reception).
The staff attended on the phone replied me that he would check the situation and would report to me. However, he never called me again. It happened twice. Finally I directly claimed a receptionist about the problem. He promised that he would come to my room with cleaning staff next morning at 8:00 a.m. However, they didn't come to my room even though I waited them for 30 minutes.
I found that they were lack of responsibility and didn't want to solve my claim. I gave up claiming anymore.
