"I booked for the location with good access to subway and JFK. I was delighted with the service and the staff. The hotel delivered as described. It was v v busy with Football fans at Club World Cup, yet it worked v well and staff were v courteous. Yes as per the reviews the breakfast room was v busy but with a small bit of patience its all manageable. I would suggest a 2nd toaster that would speed things up !! However I was very satisfied with the room and service and the froendly professional staff and would recomend it and would stay again for sure. Thank you."

"This is a great hotel in a great spot. I brought my kids into the city for a little adventure and we chose to stay at Virgin NYC, and I am really happy that we did! We had an incredible view of the Empire State Building!"

"Beautiful hotel, great features for us. We loved: The vicinity to EVERYTHING! The grab and go breakfast The onsite food/beverage options The staff. And every single one we encountered was kind, talkative, and really helpful! The valet and parking. -The parking is fairly priced BUT you can park for 24 hours. We checked out, stored our luggage and went and did the hop on hop off bus before we went back and got our car and luggage to head out. The only negative: We had been awake nearly 36 hours and unfortunately that was apparently window washing night, two hours after we fell asleep, we were woken up by power washers, very loud noises, movement as well as a person/people outside of our window. The hotel was very apologetic and I realize this was just an unfortunate event. All in all, great stay! We will be back! "
