"It was my first time in Tokyo, and my stay was splendid. The staff was very patient and friendly. I would sometimes amuse them with my little japanese and google translator. Would definitely stay here again while in Tokyo. My only suggestion is to consider implementing a lunch and dinner component. The keikyu-kamata station is a few minutes walk with many surrounding restaurants making a convenient stay for new comers to Tokyo. "

"Wow! This hotel is spotlessly clean!! Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. The room was small enough to be comfy yet well laid out so it didn’t seem cramped. Reception was really friendly with a nice lounge area. Free amenities were available in the lounge, and a 24hr convenience store right across the street. Close to many restaurants and stores. This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed and definitely the cleanest. "

"Was in country for an extended stay of 20 days. The room was perfect and the hotel had all the amenities I needed in addition to being extremely conveniently located for the trains, both local and Shinkansen stops. Staff was a delight to interact with as well."
