"Very dated hotel and not worth the high price. The breakfast was really poor. The bed and pillows were hard and extremely uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and were helpful. "

"This hotel is absolutely delightful! Location wise you are one street away from the train, and the surrounding area has supermarket, convenience stores and eateries. From the moment you enter the staff greet you with lovely smiles. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have all you need (yes small but we are in Japan) and the breakfast is plentiful with toast, drinks and miso. The cafe is delicious! (we ate there three times during our stay and every dish was so good) I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough; it’s perfect! "

"Right in the heart of shibuya super accessible to everything. Got a room with a double bed and was surprised how big it was after hearing how small rooms are in Tokyo. Had lots of space for two people."

"We travel to Japan to celebrate our daughter's fifteen birthday. We arrived early so they offered a rest area to freshen up until the room was available. When we got to our room we found a birthday card on the table with some pastries. It was a very nice detail.The room was immaculate and also we got views of the Tokyo tower. Staff was very helpful even guiding my daughter to the breakfast buffet to explain allergen foods since she's allergic to nuts.They also have a lounge area stocked with japanese sweets,ice cream,coffee, and souvenirs.In addition, they offered free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, etc.) Also, there's a resting area and tucked in the corner a very quiet space where you have to take your shoes off. It is five minutes from Shibuya crossing and all of the shops and restaurants."

"First time in Japan and this hotel is confidently located close to the station and all the shopping! Also, a great location for to find food spots without reservations. Staff is very accommodating and room is bigger than most hotels. Will be back!"
