I really liked this hostel for the amenities that it provided and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. It is a little far from the main attractions but I personally liked walking around the city.
Whoever thought of the Zen music in the common area is a genius. It sets the tone for the whole place creating a very relaxed atmosphere. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly especially Manuela. She was great and is the main reason why the place is so clean and efficient. I would definitely stay here again when I return.
First time in a pod. I like to camp so this was easy. Price was great, very comfortable, 24 hour helpful staff was great because I got there late. Quiet and slept great. Would do again.
This was my first hostel experience, and it was really great! I loved the security of being able to lock the pod. The staff was very accommodating, and we were able to store our luggage at the hostel for a few hours before checking in, which was a huge help.
As others have mentioned, the pod gets a bit warm. But everything was clean, smelled fresh, and well-maintained. My only complaint is that my rain jacket got stolen; myself and a few others had left our rain jackets on the outside of the pod to dry off, and mine was the only one that was taken. Of course that's not the hostel's fault...it's just one of those things. I'd definitely stay here again, as you really can't beat the price, location, and cleanliness.
Nice, affordable, comfortable pod. The only problem was a person who snored loudly. I guess there’s not much you can do. Bad luck. That was my second time and I will repeat.
I loved my stay! I have been to several hostels like this one, but this has been by far the best one.
From the friendly and efficient service to the cleanliness of the capsules and shared areas.
I was initially scared by the bad reviews but rest assured that if it was like that, it has changed completely.
Had i not rented another space, i would have stayed my whole trip at Oxygen hostel
I wanted to spend one night close to the Atocha train station at a low budget. The Oxygen served this purpose. But be aware, even if you have your own room/cubicle, it is not sound proof. Other than this, I enjoyed my stay there.
