I like their breakfast. Unlike the regular continental one, we are served toast, orange juice and coffee by waiter. We can also have choice of different kinds of coffee.
Needed a reasonable place to stay in Madrid and this worked. The location is good and convenient to metro stops. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful
The room and bathroom is in order, very clean, it has all I need. The bed was comfortable and slept very good. It was quiet. It has a terrace where I had dinner. The people also were very friendly. In the 24hour reception, gave me all the information to move around.
This was a very small room, but clean and a good place to sleep. Not luxurious but clean. It was located among many embassies. The location seemed very safe and there was a large grocery store nearby. It was about a half hour walk to the train station. Good place for a good price.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Room comfort
Reception staff were excellent and helpful room cleaners perfect.
This find was a pleasant surprise. I felts safe and it was great for one persone traveling alone. This is not a luxury hotel and I knew that coming in. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
Clean, comfortable room, excellent for 1 person. The washroom is a bit see-through, so might not be that comfortable for friends who share a room. The hotel is close to two subway lines, and has a nice restaurant downstairs with a very decent “menu del día”, which is a lunch with a few set options. Highly recommend this place, I am here for the second time.
It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s clean and friendly and feels safe. The rooms are basic but fine for an affordable trip. The staff are absolutely brilliant, they were so helpful, kind and generous. They made us very welcome and really made our trip so much better and easier. I’d definitely stay here again.
Also close to the metro and quiet. The other guests were very quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise etc which is unusual in a hotel.

The walls and ceiling looked unfinished. The hallway had furniture stacked in one corner.
However, room and bed very clean. Staff was helpful and attentive. Food was good.

A budgeted choice if you only seek a room to sleep
The staff is friendly and the location is not too far away from the train station. Our room was only okay for sleeping. The arrangement of the shower room and toilet was a bit awkward and there is no ventilation for the shower room and toilet. The basin is quite small.
An interesting place. The design is like a construction site sort of. But it’s comfortable. Price was pretty decent, it’s a pretty short walk to a couple different metro stations. The neighbourhood felt very safe. Friendly staff and the wifi worked well.
If I had one complaint it was a lack of power outlets in the room. The only accessible one was in the bathroom. It was also a little cold but there was an AC unit that I assume does heat as well, I like sleeping in the cold so they didn’t bother me.
I had stayed here on 29 April and submitted a summary survey. Let me add something to my original survey response.
-The continential breakfast was wanting. All of the lodging facilities I stayed at during my Camino had exceptional continential breakfasts.
-It would be a good customer service if the tv channels provided at least 1 English language selection. English is the international travel language and so I am sure your customers would be appreciative.
Thank you.
If you are looking for a North American or North European glass and stainless steel chain hotel do not go for this one. However if you are looking for good value, cleanliness, a safe area and good travel connections then this is a good choice.
It is in a modern building though some of the decor and windows do need upgrading. The decor has tried to achieve an ‘industrial vibe’ which is better in concept than execution.
Previous guests have not been complimentary about the breakfast. It comprises of a hot drink, a fruit juice, a substantial piece of toast with either jam or tomato salsa and a piece of sponge cake which was moist and tasty. For us it was adequate. If you wanted more you could join the passing locals and buy some other pastries and a hot drink from the bar. Evening meals start at 8pm Mon - Fri, which was too late for us but the menu looked to be good value the meals we observed being served looked well presented. No evening bar or restaurant on Sat or Sun.
Travel connections: take line 8 from the airport, change on to Line 9 at Columbia and it’s one stop to Pio XII. If you exit the station following signs for Manuel Montilla the hotel is 250 metres away on the corner of the next junction. If you follow signs for Centro Commerciale (an excellent ‘Al Campo’ supermarket) it is a 400m walk.
The area has broad open streets and is the home to a number of embassies- the Indian Embassy is next door. A visible but low level police presence adds to a feeling of security.
