「The host is very responsive, which was appreciated. The room was cozy and perfectly clean, no complaints with anything being out of order or in need of repair. Plenty of hot water.」

「Property outside of house is unkempt, overgrown and not as advertised. No real access to backyard for use of patio or grilling.」

「Cozy, clean, and warm. There was a bit of noise from the fridge or heating system that would cycle though out the night. You may want to check that out as it would wake me from time to time.」

The cost is a great value and far cheaper than local hotels and much nicer. I will definitely stay again the next time work or play requires me to overnight in the Lynnwood area.」

「Cute place. Little less than a mile walk from the waterfront but mostly an uphill climb. Hosts were easy to get ahold of. Place was clean and warm.」
