Walking from the train station was quick and easy. It took about 10 minutes. The location was perfect for exploring old town and getting to the train station to leave for the airport. Checking in was very easy, someone was waiting for us by the front door when we arrived and gave us a tour and our key. We really enjoyed having a balcony. The room itself is very bare bones and a little bit tattered in need of some updates. The balcony door would not stay closed and there was a leak in the bathroom somewhere. We were only here for one night so we weren’t bothered by any of this. There is also an elevator which was really nice!

It was close to the old downtown, walking was 10 minutes or so. Wasn’t busy on the street of the apartment, so it was quiet at night which was nice. The entry way from the main door really needs some paint and updating and could smell cleaner. The kitchen sink has leak and no hand towels in the kitchen. The room didn’t look as pristine as the pictures online. The bathtub they should have nonslip things in the bottom of the bathtub. The staff that checked us in was very nice and greeted us when we arrived and answered all our questions. Overall it was a good value for how pricey the area can be to stay. Just thing they could do some minor updates to make much better.

This has to be the worst ever property I have stayed at. The standard of the property furniture was poor and not operational. Many many things were broken such as the toilet, fridge, kitchen tap, hob hood, toilet door etc. the visit was a total disaster. We raised our concern immediately with the lady who checked us in and we were promised a Handyman to come and fix the issues but they did not turn up at all. Despite my complaint to the rep when we checked out nobody has contacted us. I am extremely disappointed and I feel cheated because I did not get what I paid for. I would not recommend this property nor host. I would like a refund!!!!

Location was nice, close to the main town and has three major grocery store chains within walking distance. But room was smelly and not very clean. Water in the bathroom did not drain AT ALL so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink, also had the smell of sewer. The only clock in the apartment was dead- i think for the price we paid, these things should be taken care of and maintained. Towels also need to be replaced, so old and tethered.

Few minutes walk to the lucern station close to main attractions and walkable distance. The host is friendly, kind and approachable. The Wi-Fi is perfect. The only issue is the garbage area near the main entrance is smelly , other than that everything is good.

Location was great and directions to get their really helped. Check in went smoothly. Apartment and kitchen was fairly well equipped but no microwave. Very spacious. The free city transit pass was appreciated. However, the apartment needs some maintenance. The kitchen faucet was loose, the apartment door was difficult to close. You had to lift up and pull hard to get it to latch. The WiFi was spotty. The shower is small without a shelf for shower products and picking up off the floor was difficult.

Basic kitchen with very little utensils. Open tea bags supplied (very unhygienic). Kettle and Oven were partially broken. Bed side lamps were not working (no place to plugin). Very noisy neighbours (Saturday night). Pillows were rubbish (basically flat). Expedia missed child in the booking and they charged extra CHF 35 per night (in addition to prepaid cost) even though sofa bed was already there. Verdict: Avoid at all cost...

Likes: location is good, close to main attractions, walkable distance; the studio is a fair size, we were 3 people and we had enough space. Bathroom also good space. Small kitchen but you can heat or prepare something small and easy. Less likes: don’t expect any luxury or modern stuff. Everything basic. It’s an old building after all, it has elevator though All in all it’s ok for a few days, you will be out all day enjoying the city anyway Safe travels!!

Location, great. It was very clean but the outside stairs and walkway were not kept up at all. Hosts were very nice and helpful. But we had issues with the lights flickering the entire night. Oven did not work and no amenities in the bathroom. Plus side, we had a store close to buy our own. The pull out couch is really just a couch. My college daughter was fine it. Would I come back to stay,no. Did I regret my stay, no. The good outweighed the bad

I don’t understand how this property has such high ratings on Expedia because our experience was completely different. The photos and description do not reflect reality. We only needed an affordable place for one night and expected it to be clean and safe. Instead, we found a dirty apartment with stained furniture, dirty doors, a stained sofa, leaks in both the bathroom and the kitchen, and only one dirty fan despite the extreme heat. The apartment became so hot that sleeping was very difficult. We were told not to open the windows because flies would come in from the dumpsters right outside the entrance. The building itself felt poorly maintained, with dark unfinished areas that made us uncomfortable, and the street felt isolated at night. We did not even feel comfortable using the sofa because of how dirty it was. This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend reading reviews from multiple websites before booking this property.

There was nothing, NOTHING, to like about this place. Terrible customer service, The bathroom sink, toilet, both were broken. Water leakage in shower. To top everything off, the key to main entrance of the building wasn't working to we were stuck outside, middle of the night, with no lights, waiting for someone to open the gate.. which took 27 minutes... pathetic customer service. I would not stay here even if they pay me to stay there.
