"This place is the best in terms of location to Batam grand mall. Just literally a stone throw. Easy access to other parts of Batam as well. Nearby filled with massage and salons. Hotel was clean and spacious. "

A2 food court has a lot of variety of foods for people who feel hungry at middle of night. Oppsite hotel also has a lot of foods carts stalls. 👍👍👍👍👍. Will book this hotel again for next trip again."

"Wifi was not stable and signal kept dropping. Frustrating and took time to reply to my emails. Room was quite dated and please do not believe the pictures on the website. The toilet tiles were stained and heavy black build up between the grouting. I choose a non smoking room, but clearly there were other rooms smoking on the same floor. Better hotel rooms in the city at that price point. "

Also realized that room was not vacuum for my 17 nights stayed during the makeup room service. Also noted that makeup room service like to wait till i am back from breakfast therefore coming to makeup my room. Because i think they expect tips. "
