"Very nice landlord and a very clean room with a nice view. Has a living room and separate bedroom, and also a full sized fridge to store all your goodies."

"We love our stay here. The apartement is clean, big enough and new. The view is great as directly toward Batam center port. Within walk distance to get McD, kfc, JCO, etc. They prepare the bed, towel and shower stuff to accomodate all 6 of us.The bed is quite comfy. Overall, we would stay here again."

Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "Property was under renovation so it was a bit dusty and noisy. We paid for breakfast but the breakfast offered was packed rice and snacks bought from outside. We felt cheated. We would prefer buying our own breakfast from shopping mall because it would have cost us lesser than what we had paid to the hotel. There was no kitchen at the "restaurant ". Property was in gated compound so that was a good point. Overall, it could have been a better place to stay if they look at offering a better...
